With contracts beginning as low as $99 per month, we will keep your home in prime condition throughout the year with scheduled seasonal maintenance.

We cover maintenance items covering electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire & safety, appliances, and structural conditions. We also offer a number of Additional Services, making Lopewood a one-stop-shop.

  • We start with a free, no-pressure visit to your home. As experienced skilled maintenance technicians, we must look at your home’s unique characteristics, systems, and structure before we can create your plan. We’ll also note any issues we think need immediate attention.
  • After assessing what we have observed, we will come back to you within 48 hours with a proposal, including the seasonal contract price. If your home needs additional repairs that are not covered under the seasonal contract, we will provide that information and those costs as well. With this information, you can decide if you want to move forward with our service.
  • Our goal is to free you from worry and stress while we help you in caring for your home. To put it simply, we want to transform your life!
